Washburn Woodline Series Acoustic Guitars
Buffalo Grove, IL, January 21, 2016 — Washburn Guitars is proud to announce its new Woodline 10 and Woodline 20 Series of acoustic guitars. The Woodline Series feature solid wood tops with scalloped-X bracing and real wood binding and come in dreadnought (D in the model designation) or orchestra (O in the model designation) body styles. These guitars will appeal to performing and recording musicians and will sound better than similar guitars in their class.
The Woodline 10 Series feature solid spruce tops (solid mahogany on the WLO12SE) for superior tone that improves with age. All have mahogany back, sides and neck, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, diecast tuners for quick, easy and accurate tuning and a beautiful custom rosette. The dreadnought styles are the WLD10S and WLD10SCE which adds a cutaway for superior upper fret access and a premium Fishman 301T tuner/preamp. The orchestra styles are the WLO10S, WLO12SE with Fishman 301T and WLO10SCE with cutaway and Fishman 301T.
The Woodline 20 Series feature the same class-leading specs as the 10 Series with the exception of rosewood back and sides and the addition of black bridge pins and Ebonite tuning buttons. The models include WLD20S, WLD20SCE, WLO20S and WLO20SCE.
