Just received a replacement for a defective Artist Transducer Accoustic Pickup that I recently returned to you. It works just fine, however it came in a rather rumpled box without any instructions, and the adhesive barely sticks to my guitar. I do believe you sent me a “used” replacement. Very disappointing.
