Vintage Series of compact modelling amps make their debut at Winter NAMM 2025

Whilst celebrating the company’s 60th anniversary and the 30th of its own highly successful Vintage guitar brand of fretted instruments, JHS are launching the new Vintage Series of compact modelling amplifiers and extension cabinets at Winter NAMM 2025.

With their handsomely cool visuals and finished in a choice of Black, Mint Green or Vintage White, the compact Vintage Retro 15w and Retro 25w deliver a size-defying output and timeless tones with outstanding clarity, via a pair of highly efficient full range drivers.

Four high quality DSP effects for the Retro 15 include Delay, Phaser Chorus and Reverb whilst the Retro 25 has additional Vibrato and Reverb+. Both models feature 8 presets based on some of the world’s iconic guitar amps, delivering classic sounds from ultra clean to saturated overdrive and distortion.

Controls on the front-facing, rear mounted control panel also include separate Gain, Volume and EQ, whilst the Retro 25 features 30 selectable built-in drum tracks with separate Volume and Tempo.

With connectivity to your device and Headphone socket for silent practicing, Line Out, Extension Speaker output and computer Smart Phone Recording, the new Vintage Series of compact modelling amps are literally ‘take anywhere and play’, from beach BBQs to band rehearsal, studio sessions and club gigs.

For a bigger sound dispersion within serious live stage performances, the new Vintage Series 1x10in extension cab in matching colours, with metal protective corners and rubber feet, is ideal for a highly portable compact mini rig.
