Multiple seats at SFCM now equipped for immersive music production with the Dolby Atmos Composer
Fiedler Audio, Germany, February 27th, 2025 (ictw) – Fiedler Audio announced a significant installation of multiple seat licenses of the Dolby Atmos Composer at the renowned San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM). SFCM’s Technology and Applied Composition (TAC) department further extends its activities and tools in immersive audio design and composition for immersive audio formats.

With our investment in multiple seats with the Fiedler Audio Dolby Atmos Composer, we can both expand our hands-on offerings for our students across our numerous studios and workstations and at the same time provide state-of-the-art production tools for contemporary immersive music production.“

SFCM’s TAC program provides artists a cutting-edge skill set ready to take on the music industry of today. Graduates of SFCM’s Technology and Applied Composition (TAC) program have composed music for Super Bowl commercials, popular video games, and independent films, become successful recording artists, music producers, and are employed by companies like Sony, Spitfire Audio, Electronic Arts, and Ubisoft. This program is home to film and video game scoring, audio engineering, sound design, music production, electronic music, and custom instrument building.
