The Moonbird Folk Acoustic/Electric is a six-string beauty moonlit with a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides lacquered in a gorgeous Midnight Blue finish. The headstock is embellished with the classic Luna logo finished in natural gloss and open gear, chrome button tuners. The 25 ½” scale length neck features set neck construction and is made of Eastern mahogany. The rosewood fingerboard has 20 frets and is embellished with pearloid moon phase inlays.
For the electronic side of this acoustic, a Fishman® Presys II preamp takes this Moonbird soaring to sonic heights. It includes a built-in tuner, volume, bass, treble, and phase control to dial in that perfect acoustic/electric sound. The Moonbird Folk Acoustic/Electric comes complete with D’Addario EXP16 (.012-.053) Coated Strings.
