Canada’s Perri’s Leathers Ltd. and their UK and European distributors JHS, have collaborated with the World Health Organisation to celebrate the annual World Mental Health Day, October 10tt 2019.
The awareness project is highlighted within the Music Industry with Perri’s eye-catching Poly Guitar Strap and Plectrum Set, both branded with a Love – Hope – Thrive – MHA and ‘You Are Not Alone’ theme.

The World Mental Health day is October 10th but it doesn’t end there, the facts are tragic. Approximately 1 in 4 people in the world are affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives.
Every 40 seconds a life is lost to suicide, that’s nearly 800,000 a year, and for every life lost, there are many more attempts. According to statistics, suicide is the leading cause of death among 15-29 year olds.
