Following the success of his debut solo album Healing Hands, Deml delivers a deeply personal and expressive follow-up. PURE is both a musical journey and a philosophy of life—stripped of distraction, focused on melody, empathy, and composition. It is a candid reflection of turbulent times, told through the voice of a guitar.

Born in Prague and based in Hamburg, Marcus Deml has earned international recognition as one of today’s most distinctive guitarists. A graduate of Los Angeles’ Musicians Institute, he spent seven years in the U.S. as a sought-after sideman, recording on more than 400 albums with artists including Toto’s Bobby Kimball, John Wetton, Nena, Rick Astley, Saga, Michael Sadler, and many others.
