California, August 25, 2026 – Audeze’s recently launched Maxwell 2 ANC has received the EISA Wireless Gaming Headset 2026-2027 award. The jury highlighted the headset’s active noise cancellation, planar magnetic drivers, build quality and gaming-focused audio performance.
The award recognizes Audeze’s first gaming headset with active noise cancellation. The Maxwell 2 ANC combines real-time noise reduction with 90mm planar magnetic drivers and the company’s SLAM acoustic tuning technology.

Wireless connectivity and battery life
The Audeze Maxwell 2 ANC supports ultra-low-latency wireless audio at resolutions of up to 24-bit/96kHz. Bluetooth 5.3 is also included for connecting compatible devices.
According to Audeze’s specifications, the headset provides approximately 35 hours of battery life with active noise cancellation enabled and up to 40 hours with ANC switched off. Fast charging is available through USB-C.

Audeze to demonstrate Maxwell 2 ANC at IFA
Audeze will showcase the Maxwell 2 gaming headset range at IFA from September 4 to 7. Visitors will be able to test the Maxwell 2 ANC and other Audeze headphones in Lindau Room 3 during the show’s opening hours.
The company will also hold daily workshops from noon to 1 p.m. and from 3 to 4 p.m.
